Getting the records together to provide to the Nassau County District Attorney's office about Patricia OBrien committing welfare fraud- working off the books when claiming disability and collecting Public Assistance.

NC Social Services has been botching the investigation into Ms. OBrien and being generally uncooperative, so I decided to file a criminal complaint with the DA. The good thing about this is that they have all the legal authority to both collect/demand information and to *punish* those who lie to them.

And of course the best part of this is that if they find her guilty they cannot only force closure of her DSS/PA case but also to *arrest* her and throw her in jail- which is what she deserves.
